Important Update: Transition to Sapphire Support for Interstellar Clients

To Our Valued Clients,

As previously communicated, our transition to Sapphire Support will be taking place on May 1st, and we want to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for you during this process. Here are some important next steps for you, as well as answers to your questions:

 

Why is this change happening?

This decision was made to allow our business partners to pursue different directions and opportunities. By joining the Alchemy + Aim family, our support team will have access to even more resources, tools, and training, which will enable us to better serve your needs. While this decision was not easy, we are excited about the opportunities it presents and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service during this transition.

 

How will communication change?

Starting April 28th, if you need any support with your website, you can simply email support@wpsapphire.com. Our dedicated support team will be ready to assist you promptly and efficiently. We’ll still have access to your information so you don’t need to provide anything new.

 

Will my existing contract just move over to Sapphire Support? Do I need to do anything?

As Sapphire Support is a separate business entity from Interstellar Support, you do need to sign a new agreement. We have streamlined our technical support agreement process and you can now complete it at https://wpsapphire.com/tech-support-agreement/

 

How do I sign up?

Just complete the technical support agreement at https://wpsapphire.com/tech-support-agreement/ 

We’ll be debuting new support and maintenance packages next week and you’ll be the first to know about them (plus receive a discount if you sign up in May).

 

Who will be transitioning to Sapphire?

Molly will continue to provide management of the support division as well as be available for clients interested in strategic guidance. Our development support team will also stay the same.

 

We want to reassure you that there will be no interruptions in the support you receive during this transition. We are working diligently to ensure a seamless transfer of services, and our team is fully equipped to handle any support requests or inquiries you may have.
