Membership Purchase

When purchasing a membership with Interstellar Support, you agree to a 3-month commitment to that membership. Membership is charged automatically each month on the 20th. Membership auto-renews until you cancel your subscription.

Membership Cancellation

After the initial 3-month period, you can submit a request to cancel membership via the Cancelation Request form on your My Account page. Your membership will be canceled immediately after the team processes your request and you will be billed for any support hours to date immediately. All future support hours will be billed at the full hourly rates (specified in the tech support contract).

Hosting Purchase

When purchasing a hosting package with Interstellar Support, you agree to a 3-month commitment to that hosting package. After that time, you can submit a request to cancel your hosting via the Cancelation Request form on your My Account page. Hosting auto-renews monthly until you arrange to have your account canceled.

Hosting Cancellation

After the initial 3-month period, you can submit a request to cancel your hosting via the Cancelation Request form on your My Account page. Your hosting account will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle or at the end of the billing cycle that falls within the timeline you specified in your cancellation request. You are responsible for moving your website files and database to a new host before the account is canceled and the data is deleted.

Audit Purchase + Cancellation

Any audit purchase with Interstellar Support is non-refundable after the audit work has begun. If you request to cancel the audit before work has begun, you will receive a refund of $645. The $50 that is not refunded is used to cover administrative costs and non-refundable payment processor fees.

You receive 2 months of free membership with your audit. Membership will not auto-renew with charges after those 2 months, though you do have the option to purchase membership. If you do not purchase membership at that time, you will no longer be able to access the member features on the site you had access to, nor will you receive work at the discounted member rates.

Maintenance Purchase

When purchasing a monthly maintenance package with Interstellar Support, you agree to a 3-month commitment to the maintenance package. After that time, you can submit a request to cancel your maintenance via the Cancelation Request form on your My Account page. Maintenance auto-renews monthly until you arrange to have your maintenance canceled.

Maintenance Cancellation

After the initial 3-month period, you can submit a request to cancel your maintanence via the Cancelation Request form on your My Account page. Your monthly maintenance will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. Three months after cancellation, Interstellar Support will fully delete the maintenance history and off-site backups that were maintained for your website.
